I’m Tanya Lee, artist and surface pattern designer based in the Pacific Northwest, Portland, Oregon, USA.

 

I draw inspiration from all of the meaningful things in my life; people, places, and the everyday simple joys of life. Whether it’s candied confetti on a cake, bold floral blooms, or people who inspire me with courage and resilience, all are reflected in elements of my work.

 

Versatility is my strength with an expansive artistic range. Combining my skills in traditional art, mixed and digital media, I create expressive memorable designs ranging from simple graphics, loose fanciful hand-drawn/painted art, to detailed complex patterns.

With over 15 years of design experience, including as a former product developer and creative director in the stationery/gift and craft industry, my designs have been featured on a variety of products in global retailers including Target, Kohl's, Walmart, Michael's, Belk, Minted, and West Elm.
